Sagamihara Kita Park

Kanagawa

Sagamiara Kita Park is like a botanical garden, with plants and flowers throughout the entire park.

The park's website describes Sagamihara Kita Park as a relaxing spot where visitors can enjoy seasonal blooms such as plum blossoms, hydrangeas, irises, and roses.

This year, the hydrangeas bloomed early, allowing visitors to enjoy hydrangeas, irises, and roses all at the same time.

The early blooming hydrangeas are bursting with vitality.

Hydrangeas are the official flower of Sagamihara City. Even the manhole covers feature this design.

There is also a terraced rose garden, featuring cascading roses. Though some roses seem to hang downwards, they bloom beautifully.

The iris area is still in full bloom as well.

Photographers with large cameras were capturing photos of flowers. It was peaceful.

The slope is gentle, making the park friendly for elderly visitors as well.
