Kamahiko Original Soup-Covered Yakisoba

Gourmet

Nasu-Shiobara's Soul Food?

Not quite yakisoba, not quite ramen—this dish is a unique blend of both, like ramen but with the unmistakable flavors of yakisoba...

It seems this dish has been featured in the media several times. Inside the restaurant, there are many autographed signboards from celebrities, though most of them are hard to decipher.

Though it apparently gets crowded on weekends, we were lucky to walk right in without waiting, thanks to the rainy weekday weather!

The taste?Definitely worth it!です!

The light broth is paired with yakisoba noodles, creating a refreshing dish. The meat used is chicken.

The dish is spicy, and as you slurp the noodles, the familiar flavor of yakisoba kicks in afterward.

I also tried the fried rice, which came with a side of soup.

It was so delicious that I decided to buy some Soup Yakisoba to take home as a souvenir!

But

I highly recommend trying it at the restaurant(laughs)
