Hello, fellow travel lovers!
This time, I visited Akiu Shrine, a hidden gem in the outskirts of Sendai!
Known as the “God of Victory,” this shrine is a popular spot for athletes, students, and anyone facing a big challenge.
From the powerful banners to the sacred tree’s energy, I took it all in with my senses—come experience it with me!

When it comes to competition, martial arts come to mind. Just looking at them sharpened my focus!

It was one of those moments when the air feels perfectly still and full of tension.

Stone statues of the Seven Lucky Gods stand together at the back of the shrine grounds—set against a backdrop of tall cedars, it felt like a divine meeting in progress! I soaked up all the good fortune in the peaceful air.

Noticed it on the way back to the main hall and did a double take—yep, it’s a sacred symbol too… 🙈💦
