### Enjoying Tea with a View: Yamamoto-tei’s Stunning Japanese Garden At **Yamamoto-tei**, I indulged in tea while admiring one of Japan's top-ranked gardens, ranked **4th** in the Japanese Garden Rankings. The beautiful landscape was mesmerizing, and to my delight, I even spotted a turtle in the garden pond! It reminded me of my two pet turtles back home, adding a touch of personal connection to the experience. If you’re visiting Katsushika Shibamata, Yamamoto-tei is an absolute must-see spot for a serene and delightful time.

At Shibamata Station, I touched Tora-san's left foot statue for 'good luck in not failing,' and also prayed for good fortune by touching the sandals of the Sakura statue!

Enjoyed both a visit to Shibamata Taishakuten and a stroll through the food stalls along the Taishakuten Approach! Started the morning with dango at Kameya Honpo, experienced the unique shuro tawashi (palm scrubbing brush) at Shibamata Tamaya, and explored a retro candy shop reminiscent of the Showa era. A must-visit walking course for dango and senbei lovers!

Immerse yourself in the world of Tora-san while visiting the historic Taishakuten Temple in Katsushika Shibamata. This travel guide highlights must-see spots like the stunning Sculpture Gallery and the serene Suikeien Garden, perfect for refreshing your spirit.

Visited Toyosu Market! Showcased life-size tuna models and market highlights. You can learn about the early morning auctions and frozen tuna trading in the viewing area.

At the National Institute of Polar Research’s Antarctic and Arctic Museum, you can touch real Antarctic ice and experience the Aurora in the Aurora Theater! Learn about the differences between the Antarctic and the Arctic, and don't miss the bronze statue of the Sakhalin dogs, companions of the explorers. It's a spot that will spark your intellectual curiosity.

Visited Shinagawa Shrine, washed money in the Dragon's sacred water for good fortune! Then enjoyed freshly baked bread and handmade rice crackers in the shopping street.

We visited Ebara Shrine! We admired the dragon statue, perfect for the Year of the Dragon. With the shrine's blessings that grant all wishes, I had a feeling my wish would come true!

Visited Toyosu Senkyakubanrai on its second day! Amazed by the seafood bowls' prices and enjoyed exquisite broth at Odawara Rokuzemon. Relaxed in a footbath while exploring Toyosu Market."
