At the highest point—literally and emotionally—I indulged in a premium feast of A5-grade Hida beef rice box and sushi!

Climb the stone steps and there it is… the legendary Gifu Castle, once home to Oda Nobunaga himself!

Time to soak in the highlight of the day—Kinka no Yu, the natural hot spring! ♨️
Soaking in the onsen, I couldn't help but think...“Today totally deserves a gold medal.” 🥇♨️

🍻 8. Snack Heaven at Night! Cheers to Gifu Gourmet!
After a perfect onsen reset, it’s time to hit the town—Gifu by night, here we go!
Right outside the station, the dazzling Nobunaga statue welcomes you in shining style! ✨
Definitely one of those *“I could drink endless beers tonight”* kind of nights! ✨🍺
By the way, I wrapped up the day with a delicious dinner at **Jidori Bōzu**, a cozy izakaya recommended by the hotel. So good! 😋

Without cramming the schedule too much, it still turned out to be a deeply satisfying day!
Hot springs, cold beer, and a castle—now that’s what I call luxury!
