Tsukiji Saikōken

Gourmet

Hello, fellow travel lovers!

Today, I visited "Tsukiji Saiwaiken," a restaurant in Tsukiji, Tokyo, that was featured on TV Asahi's show "Asameshi Made."

This small ramen shop only has counter seating, and with just 8 people, the place is full. It has a cozy, homey atmosphere.

What was featured on the show were their handmade shumai, prepared starting at 2 a.m., and ramen with a ginger-infused broth!

Both are carefully crafted dishes, perfect for a cold morning.

The Charm of Homemade Char Siu!

The char siu in the ramen is, of course, handmade as well. The juicy, flavorful pork enhances the ramen even more.

The ginger-infused broth warms you to the core, giving you a solid boost of energy even on a cold morning.

If you visit Tsukiji, be sure to stop by. You’ll definitely be comforted by the warm, homemade flavors!

The journey continues... Wishing you all a wonderful trip! – TabiJun
