The Ultimate Reset at Seoto-no-Yu Onsen ♨

Hello, fellow travel lovers!

To wrap up the Hydrangea Festival… of course, we chose a hot spring!
This time, I'm introducing a famous hot spring in Akigawa Valley—Seoto-no-Yu Onsen.

First stop: a fun shopping spree at the local market!

A little detour before soaking in the hot spring.
Right next to the entrance of Seoto-no-Yu, the local market had me instantly excited!

👀 Guess what I found... a Hotman towel!
It’s super absorbent and a bit longer than usual—perfect for wrapping around your waist at the onsen!
They even had sauna hats! My friend grabbed a hat, and I snapped up the towel without hesitation (lol).

Fresh local veggies lined the shelves—no hesitation, I grabbed some maitake mushrooms, mountain vegetable rice, and crisp salad greens!
Before I knew it, my hands were full! (lol)

Blissful moments wrapped in silky-smooth hot spring water!

As for the bath… in one word—amazing.
The silky-smooth alkaline water gently caressed my skin—like soaking in a luxurious beauty serum.

Through the large windows of the indoor bath, the natural beauty of Akigawa unfolds before your eyes.
The glass was so crystal-clear, it felt like a painting had come to life right before my eyes.

Becoming one with the forest in the open-air bath!? A luxurious moment of melting into nature♪

Stepping into the open-air bath—another delightful surprise!
The indoor bath’s glass reflected the forest like a mirror, making it feel as if I were completely surrounded by greenery on both sides 🌲🌲

With both a cold plunge and a sauna, it’s a paradise for sauna lovers looking to fully refresh!
All this for just 1,000 yen for 3 hours? Now that deserves a round of applause! 👏

Post-bath treat? Gotta be a reward-worthy soft serve!

After a thorough warm-up, it’s finally dessert time at Café Seseragi 🍦

We made it just in time—right before closing!

Enjoying coffee jelly and soft serve while gazing at the courtyard—pure bliss that melts the heart.

Ahh… my body and soul feel completely refreshed ♪
