Hello, fellow travel lovers!
Today, I’d like to introduce you to a hidden hot spring spot in Tokyo: Shibuya Sasazuka Onsen Sakaeyu.
Just a 4-minute walk from Sasazuka Station, this sento is a true urban oasis, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It’s also a 20-minute walk from Tokyo Camii.
I spent some relaxing time at the sento before the projection mapping show at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building began.
An onsen experience right in the heart of the city!
Sakaeyu is not just an ordinary sento.
It’s actually certified as a hot spring!
Isn’t it a bit of a luxury to enjoy an authentic hot spring right in the heart of Tokyo?
Excellent facilities
- The entrance fee is a very reasonable 550 yen.
- Towel rentals are available, so you can come empty-handed!
- There’s also a coin laundry on-site, making it easy to do your laundry while traveling!
